Marina held multiple top management positions for nearly three decades for renowned global companies and corporations e.g., the founder of the Moscow office of the Walt Disney Company (for more than 13 years, she was responsible for developing all business segments and brands of the company within the territories of the CIS countries, including Georgia and Mongolia).

Marina has broad experience creating successful intellectual properties, filmmaking, and production. She is a regular member of the top industry ratings and recognized for her achievements by multiple awards, and actively advocates for women's leadership across global businesses and communities.

Marina graduated from Harvard Business School, and she also holds a degree in screenwriting and film directing.
